Consolidate Invoices #

If a customer has several open invoices, you can merge them into a single invoice — making it easier for the customer to pay and simpler for you to track. Navigate to AR → Batch → Consolidate Invoices.


How it works #

When you open the page, Neo-Ledger automatically loads all open (unpaid) AR invoices and groups them by currency, AR account, and customer. Each customer group shows how many invoices they have outstanding and the combined total.

Select the invoices you want to merge — at least two — and click Consolidate Selected. After confirming, the selected invoices are replaced by a single consolidated invoice.


Selecting invoices #

Each customer group has a checkbox in the header to select or deselect all of that customer’s invoices at once. You can also select individual invoices within the group.

As you make selections, a summary bar appears at the top showing how many invoices are selected and their combined total amount.

The invoice table within each group shows the date, invoice number, description, and amount for each invoice.


Consolidating #

Once you have selected at least two invoices, click Consolidate Selected in the summary bar. A confirmation dialog shows the count and total. Click Consolidate to proceed.

The page refreshes with the updated invoice list — the original invoices are gone and the new consolidated invoice appears in their place.
