A fresh dataset needs a handful of configuration steps before it’s ready for day-to-day use. Work through these in order — each step builds on the previous one.
- Cloud Storage — connect Google Drive
- Users & Roles — invite team members and define their permissions
- Defaults — company information, financial settings, and accounting defaults
- Chart of Accounts — review, add, and configure your accounts
- Taxes — set up tax rates and codes
- Currencies — add foreign currencies if needed
- Bank Accounts — link bank accounts for reconciliation
- Templates — configure document templates (invoices, statements)
- Manage Workstations — configure approval routing for AR and AP
